Our Merchandising supply chain

We partner with House Red, a specialist merchandising and supply chain organisation, to manage the production and fulfilment of Choose Love merchandise. As with all organisations we work with, we have robust due diligence & assurance processes in place to ensure that they meet our requirements and work in line with our values.

Choose Love remains committed to limited runs and on-demand production, so we are not overproducing products or compromising on our values.

The House Red supply chain:

House Red uses 100% organic cotton in conversion, produced in India, and sourced through a certified programme that supports over 4,000 farmers in their transition away from conventional farming.

That transition is Fairtrade certified, which means farmers receive a premium even during the years when yields drop and income is most at risk, which is exactly when they need support most.

The cotton and finished garments carry Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) In-Conversion, SA8000, EU Ecolabel, and other recognised certifications. The SA8000 certification measures performance across child labour, forced labour, health and safety, freedom of association, collective bargaining, discrimination, working hours and compensation.

Production is powered by renewable energy, with surplus fed back into local community networks. There's also a WWF biodiversity partnership woven into the programme, which feels very aligned with who we are.

All of the final print and finishing is done here in the UK, with a supplier operating at a recognised living wage and they are working toward B Corp certification. Their manufacturing partners all operate under codes of conduct grounded in Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) and International Labour Organization (ILO) standards, and they all include anonymous worker grievance processes, so every employee has the ability to raise concerns.
